Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

LANEMAKERS AGENCY LLC ("Lanemakers," "we," "us") provides digital media production, brand identity design, catalog metadata consulting, and custom web application engineering pursuant to written Statements of Work ("SOW") or service orders executed with our commercial clients ("Client").

2. Pricing, Invoicing & Payment Processing

All prices are stated in United States Dollars (USD). Payments are securely processed via Stripe, Inc. or Block, Inc. (Square). Project engagements are billed according to the milestone schedule defined in the applicable SOW, and recurring monthly retainers are billed in advance on a monthly cycle.

3. Delivery Timelines & 14-Day Acceptance Window

Kickoff begins within 2–3 business days of deposit receipt. Upon delivery of each milestone, Client has fourteen (14) calendar days ("Acceptance Window") to review deliverables against the written SOW and request revisions. Deliverables are deemed accepted if no written deficiency notice is submitted within the 14-day window.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon receipt of full payment for the applicable milestone, Client receives full ownership or license rights to custom client-specific deliverables as specified in the SOW, while Lanemakers retains ownership of pre-existing agency frameworks, reusable code libraries, and general production tools.

5. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, with exclusive venue in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
