Refund, Cancellation & Dispute Resolution Policy

1. Pre-Kickoff Deposit Refunds

Initial project deposits are 100% refundable if canceled in writing prior to project kickoff and before agency engineering or creative production hours have commenced.

2. Milestone-Based Project Cancellations

Once work has commenced on a milestone, Client may cancel future unstarted milestones at any time without penalty. For any in-progress milestone, Lanemakers will deliver all work completed to date and issue a pro-rata refund for any unexpended portion of the milestone fee.

3. Monthly Retainer Cancellation Policy

Recurring monthly retainers ($450/mo managed hosting or $2,000/mo creative retainer) may be canceled at any time by emailing lanemakersagency@gmail.com at least fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the next scheduled billing date.

4. Direct Pre-Dispute Resolution Commitment

If you have any question or concern regarding a charge from LANEMAKERS AGENCY or LANEMAKERS.AGENCY on your statement, please contact us directly at lanemakersagency@gmail.com or +1 (213) 394-6393. We respond within 1 business day and process approved refunds directly back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
