1. Written Scope & Invoicing

Every engagement begins with a written Statement of Work (SOW) specifying exact deliverables, milestone dates, and USD pricing. Invoices are issued via Stripe or Square with itemized descriptions and receipt confirmation.

2. Digital Delivery & 14-Day UAT

All digital assets, source repositories, and live web deployments are delivered via secure client portals. Clients receive a 14-calendar-day User Acceptance Testing (UAT) window on each milestone to request adjustments.

3. Transparent Cancellations & Refunds
